Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in a stall at Picnic and Pop. Picnic and Pop is now a 2-day festival, and bookings are for both days only. The capacity for the event is 5,000 each day.

Location of your Pitch will be chosen by the organisers and we ask that you book the correct sized pitch so that there are no issues on the day with fitting you in. Please note that no power is provided.

You will need to arrive no later than 10 am and be set up by 11 am.

You will need valid public liability insurance, food hygiene, gas safety certificates (for food stalls), and risk assessments.
