Vendor Application

Thank you for expressing an interest in having a stall at Picnic and Pop. Picnic and Pop is now a 2 day festival and bookings are for both days only. The capacity for the event is 5,000 each day which we expect to reach.

Location of your Pitch will be chosen by the organisers and we ask that you book the correct sized pitch so that there are no issues on the day with fitting you in. Please note that no power is provided.

You will need to arrive no later than 10am and be set up by 11am.

You will need valid public liability insurance, food hygiene, gas safety certificates (for food stalls), Risk assessments.

Fees shown are for two days trading, Saturday and Sunday.

Upon submitting this application if you are approved you will be invoiced, which is payable within 30 days. Failure within 30 days of the invoice will void your application.
