Opening Times & Entry
Yes, you will be able to purchase tickets on the day from 11:30am on the main gate.
Tickets will be available on the main gates, but we encourage our visitors to purchase them online in advance as advance tickets have a fast track entry.
There is no last entry on the day, the last act finishes at 10pm.
Unfortunately there is no parking on site apart from Blue Badge Holders.
There will be clear sign posting for parking on the day. We encourage our visitors to use the public car parks that are in Aldershot town.
Ticket Information
We will have a fenced off area near the main stage for wheelchairs and helpers and we ask that all helpers bring foldable chairs so that they do not restrict the view of other wheelchair users by standing in the area.
We also have use of the parks disabled toilet facilities and have now been given use of a carpark on site which we are reserving for Blue Badge holders.

We offer a free ticket for an Essential Companion attending with a person with a disability who receives the higher rate of the Disability Living Allowance – Care or Mobility Component, the higher rate of Attendance Allowance, the enhanced rate of the Personal Independence Payment. Please apply here. Applications must be in by 11.59pm on Friday 14th July 2023.

We like people to attend for the whole day to get the full festival experience so we do not publish performance times before the festival.
There will be information available during the day with regards to when certain acts are on.
Security & Other Information
What Can I Bring To The Festival
Food and soft drinks are allowed but Alcohol is not (NO GLASS).
For us to be able to keep the ticket price as low as possible for adults and juniors, it means we have to use other revenue streams to make up the shortfall with the bar being the main one.
Otherwise the tickets would have had to be much more! The bar prices will be very reasonable.
Yes, you can, but please be aware of people behind you when setting it up not to block their view.
Additionally, there will be an exclusion zone at front of the stage.
Bookings
If we still have tickets left, then they will be available on the day. We advise our customers to buy in advance to avoid disappointment.

Yes, unfortunately you can only purchase tickets online for this event.
All tickets are issued by email through our ticketing provider.
You will need to print your tickets or have them available on your mobile phone so we can scan them on the day.
Each ticket has a unique barcode on.
Please check your spam or junk folders in case the email has landed there.

If you are able to print your ticket this will speed up the process when you arrive at the box office.
If you aren’t able to print your ticket you can show it to us on a smartphone.
Tickets are non-refundable except if the event is cancelled.
