Opening Times & Entry
Yes, you will be able to purchase tickets on the day from 11:30am on the main gate.
Tickets will be available on the main gates, but we encourage our visitors to purchase them online in advance as advance tickets have a fast track entry.
We aim to open our gates at 11:30 am. Entertainment will be starting at midday.
There is no last entry for ticket holders on the day. The box office for ticket purchasers will close 2 hours before the end of each day. The last act finishes at 10pm on Saturday and 8pm on Sunday.
Yes you can, on entry you will be given a wrist band which will give you access to the festival throughout the day.
Unfortunately there is no parking on site apart from Blue Badge Holders.
There will be clear sign posting for parking on the day. We encourage our visitors to use the public car parks that are in Aldershot town.
Bookings, Tickets and VIP
If we still have tickets left, then they will be available on the day. We advise our customers to buy in advance to avoid disappointment.
Tickets on the day may be slightly more expensive and will be available on the main gates, but we encourage our visitors to purchase them online in advance as advance tickets have a fast track entry.
There will be a box office available on site during the day of the festival. This will open from 11:30am and close two hours before the end (8pm on Saturday and 6pm on Sunday).
Yes, unfortunately you can only purchase tickets online for this event.
All tickets are issued by email through our ticketing provider.
You will need to print your tickets or have them available on your mobile phone so we can scan them on the day.
Each ticket has a unique barcode on.
Please check your spam or junk folders in case the email has landed there.

If you are able to print your ticket this will speed up the process when you arrive at the box office.
If you aren’t able to print your ticket you can show it to us on a smartphone.
Tickets are non-refundable except if the event is cancelled.
VIP tickets give you an upgraded festival experience, including:
- Priority queue jump entry to make the most out of your weekend.
- Access to the VIP Bar with a seated area, toilets and reduced queues.
VIP is ideal if you want a more relaxed, premium way to enjoy Picnic & Pop, especially with our biggest headline acts.
If you want shorter queues, easier access to drinks and more space to relax between sets, VIP is absolutely worth it. It’s the best way to enjoy the festival at your own pace while still soaking up all the atmosphere.
Yes. VIP tickets include full festival entry plus access to the VIP-only areas and perks.
Yes. The VIP bar is exclusively for VIP ticket holders, meaning shorter queues and quicker service throughout the day.
Yes, VIP tickets are strictly limited and often sell out before standard tickets. Once they’re gone, they won’t be released again.
If VIP tickets are still available, upgrades may be possible. We recommend upgrading as early as possible, as availability is very limited.
Definitely. VIP tickets are popular with groups who want a more comfortable and sociable base for the day, with easy access to drinks and space to relax together.
The VIP area is designed as a more relaxed, premium space rather than a children-focused zone. VIP ticket holders will be allowed to bring infants (up to 4 years old) but not juniors. Families will still have full access to all festival areas, including the Kids Zone.
Yes, payment plans are available, allowing you to secure your VIP tickets now and spread the cost.
No. VIP tickets must be purchased in advance and are not guaranteed to be available closer to the event or on the day.
What Can I Bring To The Festival
Food and soft drinks are allowed but Alcohol is not (NO GLASS).
For us to be able to keep the ticket price as low as possible for adults and juniors, it means we have to use other revenue streams to make up the shortfall with the bar being the main one.
Otherwise the tickets would have had to be much more! The bar prices will be very reasonable.
You are welcome to bring chairs and rugs but no gazebos as they may restrict other peoples view.
Yes, in the dedicated areas around the edges of the site. Please be mindful of people behind you when setting up your chairs, ensuring you don’t block their view.
There will also be an exclusion zone directly in front of the stage.
Yes without a doubt, after all it’s picnic and pop. No metal cutlery will be permitted though.
Unfortunately not.
No dogs allowed in the arena apart from special assistance dogs.

Security & Other Information
Entrance to any child under 3 years old is absolutely free! You will still need to book a ticket on our ticketing page, but you will notice the ticket price is free.
There is a dedicated viewing area for the main stage with accessible toilets.
There will be parking on site for blue badge holders with a dedicated entrance near the car park.

We offer a free ticket for an Essential Companion attending with a person with a disability who receives the higher rate of the Disability Living Allowance – Care or Mobility Component, the higher rate of Attendance Allowance, the enhanced rate of the Personal Independence Payment. Please apply here. Applications must be in by 11.59pm on Friday 2nd July 2027.

No. We do not currently offer a resident’s discount on any of our tickets.
Unfortunately not. We have priced our tickets as low as possible.
We like people to attend for the whole day to get the full festival experience so we do not publish performance times before the festival.
There will be information available during the day with regards to when certain acts are on.
There is a large selection of food stands available on the day, ranging from asian cuisine, Mexican, burgers, pizza’s, crepes and more importantly ice cream!
