Ticket Information
How much is entry for children under 3 years old?
Entrance to any child under 3 years old is absolutely free! You will still need to book a ticket on our ticketing page, but you will notice the ticket price is free.
Are there disabled facilities & parking?
We will have a fenced off area near the main stage for wheelchairs and helpers and we ask that all helpers bring foldable chairs so that they do not restrict the view of other wheelchair users by standing in the area.
We also have use of the parks disabled toilet facilities and have now been given use of a carpark on site which we are reserving for Blue Badge holders.

Do you offer any discounts for disabled visitors?
We are offering a special discount for our disabled visitors as long as they are accompanied by a carer/companion. The tickets are listed on our website as Disabled Ticket 2 FOR 1. Please note that two tickets must be purchased at the same time when booking this option. The discount is automatically applied.

I live very close to the festival. Is there a resident's discount?
No. We do not currently offer a resident’s discount on any of our tickets.
Are there any concessions for elderly / army?
Unfortunately not. We have priced our tickets as low as possible. Other events in the area are charging £20-£30.
How do I find out when a particular act is on?
We like people to attend for the whole day to get the full festival experience so we do not publish performance times before the festival.
There will be information available during the day with regards to when certain acts are on.
Bookings
Can i buy tickets on the day?
If we still have tickets left, then they will be available on the day. We advise our customers to buy in advance to avoid disappointment.
Tickets on the day may be slightly more expensive and will be available on the main gates, but we encourage our visitors to purchase them online in advance as advance tickets have a fast track entry.
What time is the on site box office open from?
There will be a box office available on site during the day of the festival. This will open from 11:30am
Do i have to buy a ticket online?
Paper tickets will be available from The Funky End, Station Road, Aldershot, Hampshire every Saturday & Sunday towards the run-up to the event.
Tickets will be on sale from Midday til 5 pm.

I've ordered my tickets online but they haven't arrived?
All tickets are issued by email through our ticketing provider.
You will need to print your tickets or have them available on your mobile phone so we can scan them on the day.
Each ticket has a unique barcode on.
Please check your spam or junk folders in case the email has landed there. If you have not received your tickets, please visit this website link – https://event.bookitbee.com/find-tickets/
I don’t have a printer to print my e-tickets, is this a problem?
If you are able to print your ticket this will speed up the process when you arrive at the box office.
If you aren’t able to print your ticket you can show it to us on a smartphone.
Can i get a refund on my tickets?
Tickets are non-refundable except if the event is cancelled.
Opening Times & Entry
Can i buy tickets on the day?
Yes, you will be able to purchase tickets on the day from 11:30am on the main gate.
Tickets will be available on the main gates, but we encourage our visitors to purchase them online in advance as advance tickets have a fast track entry.
When can we arrive?
We aim to open our gates at 11:30 am on Saturday 27th July. Entertainment will be starting at midday.
What time is last entry?
There is no last entry on the day, the last act finishes at 9pm.
Can i leave the festival throughout the day and then come back?
Yes you can, on entry you will be given a wrist band which will give you access to the festival throughout the day.
When does the Festival close?
Saturday finishes at 10pm.
Sunday finishes at 8pm.
Where can i park?
Unfortunately there is no parking on site apart from Blue Badge Holders. There will be clear sign posting for parking on the day. We encourage our visitors to use the public car parks that are in Aldershot town.
What Can I Bring To The Festival
Is food and drink allowed to be brought on site?
Food and soft drinks are allowed but Alcohol is not (NO GLASS). For us to be able to keep the ticket price as low as possible for adults and for Children to be FREE, it means we have to use other revenue streams to make up the shortfall with the bar being the main one. Otherwise the tickets would have had to be £20! The bar prices will be very reasonable.
Can we bring chairs, rugs and gazebos?
You are welcome to bring chairs and rugs but no gazebos as they may restrict other peoples view.
Can I bring a umbrella / parasol on the day?
Yes, you can, but please be aware of people behind you when setting it up not to block their view. Additionally, there will be an exclusion zone at front of the stage.
Can i bring my own food?
Yes without a doubt, after all its picnic and pop.
Can i bring bikes to the event?
Unfortunately not.

Can I bring my dog?
Unfortunately not, sorry.
Where can i get cash out from?
There are not going to be any cash points on site during the event.
Is food available at the festival?
There is a large selection of food stands available on the day, ranging from burgers, pizza’s, crepes, momo’s and more importantly ice cream!

Is there camping?
No the is a day time festival only.
